Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number in the subject explaining what you want to change in your order. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for a response (excluding holidays, weekends, etc.).
If you need to change your order, please try to limit yourself to one change. The more you change your order, the more confusing it gets for our shipping department once it becomes time for processing and shipping. The more that changes are made, the higher likelihood of a mistake being made on your order.

No. We apologize, but we are not willing to risk our ability to ship internationally by doing this.
Shipping rates vary depending on your address and products ordered. All rates are automatically generated direct from the shipping carrier. On the final page of our checkout process, before you complete the order, your automatic rates will be shown along with all other options.
We won’t. Once an item sells out, that’s it. Our products are produced in limited quantities and will not be re-produced once sold out. To guarantee your chance to get a product, Pre-Order!
On occasion we will receive returns. At that time we might update inventory levels online but those items never last long.
All orders come with one free sticker. Every once in awhile, we will sell them online. Check the accessories, that's where they would be.
Our team is carefully handpicked. Although we do enjoy watching your submitted edits, we cannot accept everyone. Our team is currently pretty stacked and we are not looking to expand at this time.
We apologize, but currently we are not accepting applications for any positions. Internships are slim to none, but if you are in the Salt Lake City area feel free to stop by and inquire in person. Something might come up.
If you did not receive a confirmation email, your order did not go through. The charge you are seeing is an authorization (a temporary hold of funds) that will automatically disappear in 3-5 business days. We did not actually capture any money. If the authorization does not disappear, and a package shows up at your door, you simply gave us the wrong email address for your order.
